Team-Specific Training
All too often, companies send individuals or entire sales teams to seminars to learn how to sell, elevate their sales knowledge and build team repor. Many of the trainings are effective in providing a basic foundation and/or a “jewel” to remember (specific team-building trainings are different).
If the adage that taking away one important tool or concept from a training or seminar is true, than how effective can many of these trainings be for you or your team? This begs the question that won’t the attendee take their “jewel” back to work and continue to act in the same or similar way?
Bigfish uses real prospects as training tools. This is a proven and deliberate learning strategy that works. It is effective because it takes selling concepts and tools and puts them into real-time for the sales person and or team to use while promoting a partnership in the learning process. The skills become part of a new sales process that can be repeated and refined for the next “bigfish” opportunity.
