bigfish, LLC and bigfish consulting was founded in 2008 by Chris Coughlan, Jr. who is acting CEO. The firm was created to fill a need Chris saw in companies he worked with as a risk solutions provider. New revenue and the pursuit of new clients, for his clients, was so important to their health as a firm, they would ask Chris to help them win their own “big fish” prospect. By helping both his clients and business network partners win their bigfish clients, Chris benefited by having new clients find him.

This basic partnering approach added strong value to his reputation as a business person and would propel him to be known as the “ultimate solutions guy”! It was also a great client retention strategy!

Bigfish operates at the highest level of character – period. Truth, honesty and character are core traits of the firm. All projects are addressed by communicating how an honest strategic foundation on every project will create the ultimate successful result.
